Beth Mahoney
Hi! I’m Beth Mahoney and I’m a former staff writer at Real Homes. Living in a semi-detached period property, I like to use pops of color and Art Deco-inspired decor to add personality and style. It’s a minimalist but cozy space that features lots of houseplants, plenty of mid-pink hues, and lots of copper accents.
Living on a tight budget means DIY makeovers that I can do on thrift store furniture take priority. Whilst making the most of the limited space that my little townhouse offers impacts how I choose to fill my home, always opting for smaller and more compact items where possible.
When I’m not writing and researching, you’ll usually find me camped out at my favorite coffee house with my Kindle, testing out new beauty products to blog about, restoring old furniture, or going on Instagrammable walks with my fiancé and our dog.
