This machine has a few settings, like a traditional washing machine, and is gentle enough to wash delicates. It does have a gravity drain, which means the draining hose needs to be positioned below the washer in order for the water inside to properly drain.

There is a built-in drain pump on the spin side to release water quickly during this cycle. It gets most of the water out, but don't be surprised if a small amount is left behind. On the wash side the water doesn't drain automatically. Instead there is a plug you pull out to let that side drain after your clothing has been moved to the spin side.

You can fit up to 8 pounds of clothes at a time, which is less than double tube machines hold. It does have a dial for three water levels, depending on clothing items. And this washer automatically drains and has a built-in drain pump, so you don't have to worry about positioning the hose below the unit.

This laundry appliance is small, so it's ideal for taking on vacation. It works in RVs and even hotel rooms. It doesn't have a drain pump, which means it depends on gravity in order to drain the water out. This is done by placing the tube higher than the drain hose.

The clear lid and sides allow you to see when the machine is full and make sure none of your clothes are getting tangled.  It's easy to add the right amount of water to your load and use the gravity drain to remove it afterwards. You do need to remove your laundry, drain the tank and added additional accessories into the tube before you can run the spin cycle. This is a lot of extra steps that you need to be ready for.
