Dunelm is one of our go to's for gorgeous, affordable homeware, so obviously we got in this morning and had a little mooch (no, we weren't just procrastinating, it's part of the job people). No surprises, we found some very cute new pieces that would be perfect for giving your home a spring update. We also noticed a reoccurring colour combination, and we are obsessed!
Keep scrolling to shop the range and to see how you can bring the bang on trend pink and yellow into your home. If you look affordable homeware, make sure you head over to our deals hub page too.
Right, let's start with the big one, that gorgeous yellow sofa. If you are after a new sofa, why not be a bit brave and move away from the grey one we know you are dying to pick and go with a sunny yellow! This sofa is just £499 and the classic shape means it would suit so many styles. The yellow also isn't too bright, it's more of a muted mustard so wouldn't have to be the main focus of your living room. It also comes in green, grey (phew) and a gorgeous dusty pink.
The yellow looks so cool combined with the pale pink of the footstool too. They are just £39 so a really affordable way to add a bit of colour to your living room. And yes, we see you eyeing up those fringe lampshades, so cool, so retro and just £22!
If you are after a small update, cushions are always an easy way to get a new look. Dunelm's new range is very cute and quirky – the Face Embroidered Cushion is similar to loads we have seen for way more than just £14. The geometric cushion is really textured and a more subtle way of getting in those pops of yellow and pink.
Want to bring this stylish colour combo into your bedroom? Why not start a bit of weekend project and pinch this colour blocking idea, it's a really easy DIY, just check out our guide on how to colour block. Complete the look by choosing some bedding with pop of pink and a vivid yellow throw to create contrast. Total spring update in just a weekend.
