Just when you thought it wasn’t possible to fit anything else in your big blue shopping bag, Ikea’s latest launch means you’ll need to save some space for one of these stylish new designs when you next pay a visit to its Marketplace.
Brand new in store, these Eneby designs are Ikea’s first ever range of Bluetooth speakers, with prices starting from a wallet-friendly £45.
Available in two sizes (20x20cm and 30x30cm), they come in a choice of neutral white, grey and black, making them a great match for any room décor.
‘The new Eneby range is incredibly exciting for us,’ says Evanthia Nikoglou, sales leader for lighting and electronics at Ikea UK and Ireland. ‘Sound, just like light, is an important part of creating atmosphere within the home. It is able to bring a space to life and give it soul.’
As you’d expect from the furniture giant, making sure the new speakers complement some of its most popular furniture ranges was key, so the speakers can slot neatly into the Kallax or Eket storage systems for a seamless look, or they can be fitted on a stand or attached to the wall with a bracket (sold separately).
Need a portable solution so your speaker can be used outdoors for garden parties and barbecues this summer? That’s sorted too, as the smaller version has a handle and can be fitted with a battery pack so you can enjoy music indoors and out.
Now you just need to fill up your blue shopping bag with your favourite speaker, choose your summer playlist and you’re good to go.
