So what do you need to do? Simply fill out the entry form, send us before and after images of your project, some floorplans (if relevant) and a description of your project.
Of course, any good awards has to come with some equally great prizes. The overall winner of the Home of the Year will scoop £1,000 of John Lewis vouchers, while the winner of the Garden of the Year will bag £500 of John Lewis vouchers. On top of that, the winner of each category will win a year’s subscription to Real Homes magazine.
Last year’s overall winner Jade Doutch wowed the judges with her amazing rear extension, which she completed for under £35,000.
