Anna is Real Homes Style Editor, producing pages of style, trends and decorating features that appear in both print and online. She began her Future journey overseeing the selection of houses to appear in Period Living, Homebuilding & Renovating and Real Homes magazines and has also been co-presenter on Real Homes YouTube TVChannel show, The Colour Wheel.  

Experience

Anna has always been passionate about interiors after being inspired by the interiors and architecture she experienced whilst living in L.A. Working in photography she honed her picture editing skills and began assisting on styled shoots. Fast forward several years and she’s now an accomplished art director and interior stylist and writer.

Bringing her enthusiasm for interior design onto a more personal level, Anna recently wrote a monthly column for the magazine about the (mis)adventures of having a loft conversion while being heavily pregnant!

Anna’s Home Style

Mindful living is at the heart of Anna’s home style. As a Reiki energy healer and stylist she understands the impact our interiors can have on our health and wellbeing. Decluttering, sustainability and home organisation are her passions and she is a firm believer that you can produce style on a budget. She likes mixing modern furnishings with touches of raw and rustic accessories and isn't afraid of a charity shop treasure hunt. Her new-build home gave her the opportunity to see if adding character to the interior was achievable – and she tackled this challenge with the use of Farrow and Ball tones, dark wood floors and plenty of pampas grass. Her most prized possessions are a large print by Slim Aarons called Eden-Roc Pool and a fair few crystals.
